Order & Shipping

1. When will my order be shipped?

  • Please allow 2-3 business days for processing orders. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking information.

2. Do you offer free shipping?

  • Yes, if you reach an order volume above 100€, shipping is free within Germany.

3. How can I change or cancel my order?

  • If you wish to change or cancel your order, contact our customer service immediately. Please note that once the order has been dispatched, changes or cancellations might not be possible.

4. Why is my order taking longer than expected?

  • We strive to dispatch orders swiftly. However, if an item in your cart is out of stock, we'll hold off on sending out your entire order until that item is back in the game.

5. What happens if I do not accept or receive my package and it is returned to sender?

  • If your package is returned to sender for any reason, we will issue a store credit once it is received. If you would still like your items, you can place a new order.

Return & Refund

1. Can I return products?

  • Absolutely! You can send back products you've purchased from us. However, do note the exceptions such as sets and personalized items as detailed in our return policy. We will accept unworn, unwashed, or unused merchandise in new condition for a full refund within 30 days of the order date.

2. How do I initiate a return?

  • To start a return, simply reach out to our dedicated customer service at merch-shop@beat81.com with your order details. We'll guide you through the necessary steps and provide a return label if applicable.

3. Is the return free of charge?

  • Returns happen, but they come at a cost of 5€. Get in touch with our team at merch-shop@beat81.com to get specifics on your particular order. Please also note that shipping fees are not refundable.

4. What's excluded from the return?

  • Partial returns of sets sold at a set price aren't refundable. For a full refund, the entire set package needs to be sent back. Also, we can't accept returns on personalized items.

5. Missing a return label?

  • No worries! Just drop a line to our customer service at merch-shop@beat81.com, and we'll have you sorted.

6. When will I get my refund for an approved return?

  • Once we've received your returned item, the refund process can take up to 20 days. Rest assured, your funds will be credited to the same account or payment method you used for the purchase.

7. How do I report an issue with an item?

  • We're sorry to hear about any trouble with your gear. Please contact our customer service at merch-shop@beat81.com with the following information: email address used for purchase, order number, your name, product name, and an attached photo showcasing the defect. Remember, according to consumer purchase law, you have a 2-month window to report an issue after discovering it.

8. What should I do if I received the wrong item or if an item is missing?

  • If there's a hiccup in your order, please immediately contact our customer service at merch-shop@beat81.com with the following details: email address used during the order, order number, your name, and the name of the missing or wrongly delivered item.

1. What payment methods do you accept?

  • We accept most credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) and payments via Google Pay and Apple Pay.

2. Is my payment information secure?

  • Yes, we utilize advanced encryption techniques to ensure your payment details are safe with shopify payments.
